§ 01 — Services
Six trades, one truck, two generations. If it heats your house or cools your house, one of us has had our hands on it this week.
Gas and oil. Diagnosis, parts, and same-week replacement when a unit’s past saving. We carry common ignitor and inducer stock on the truck.
Year-round · emergency
Spring tune-ups, leak repair, and full replacements. We size to your house, not to whatever was sitting in the warehouse.
Seasonal · install
Single-zone and multi-zone. Right for an addition, a converted attic, or an old triple-decker with no ductwork to speak of.
Quote · install
Hot-water and steam. Annual cleanings, low-water cut-off checks, and replacement when the iron’s finally done.
Service · install
Cold-climate units sized for a Lowell winter. Mass Save rebate paperwork done at the kitchen table when we hand you the quote.

Twice a year, on the calendar. Cooling check in spring, heat check in fall. Plan customers go to the front of the line on emergency days.
