Gervais Heating and A/C is family‑owned, headquartered on Haverhill Street in Andover, and licensed in Massachusetts. Most of our calls come from neighbors, from the realtor down the road, or from somebody whose furnace gave out at eleven at night.
We answer that phone. We show up the same day when we can, and within a window we actually keep when we can’t. We don’t sell systems people don’t need, and we’ve put together more Mass Save and federal rebate paperwork than we’d like to count.
The five‑star average is something we’re quietly proud of, but it isn’t the point. The point is that twenty‑five years in, our oldest customers still call us first.
